Guarantee Policy – Temple Hotel Luxor
To confirm and secure a booking at Temple Hotel Luxor, guests are required to follow our Guarantee Policy:
1. Credit Card Guarantee:
A valid credit or debit card is required to guarantee the reservation.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the card before arrival to ensure its validity.
2. Advance Payment:
Some bookings may require full or partial prepayment depending on the selected rate plan (e.g., non-refundable bookings).

3. Deposit Policy:

Extra beds for children aged 6 to 12 years may be provided at an additional charge.
3. Meal Policy for Children:
Children under 6 years old enjoy free meals when dining with parents (buffet meals only).
Children aged 6 to 12 years receive a 50% discount on meals.
Children over 12 years are charged at the full adult rate for meals.
4. Supervision & Safety:
Parents or guardians must supervise children at all times, especially in pool areas and public spaces.
The hotel does not provide babysitting services.
Cancellation & Amendment Policy – Temple Hotel Luxor
1. Standard Booking Cancellation Policy:
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in (unless otherwise stated in the booking terms).
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in will be charged the first night's stay.
No-show (failure to check-in without prior notice) will result in 100% charge of the first night.
2. Non-Refundable Bookings:
Non-refundable bookings cannot be canceled or modified.
The full amount will be charged at the time of booking, and no refunds will be issued in case of cancellation.
3. Amendment Policy (Modifications to Booking):
Guests can modify their booking up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to availability.
Changes in stay dates, room type, or duration may result in rate differences.

4. Group Bookings & Long Stays:

5. Early Departure Policy:
